Hi, what's up. Yaz here. Today on my blog i am going to be showing you recipes for some delicious cakes that i have made recently, and that have turned out really well.

This is the first recipe for Chocolate Fudge Brownies...

Ingredients:

8oz (226g) butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
12oz (340g) caster sugar (this may seem like a lot of sugar)
2oz (56g) soft brown sugar
4 eggs (1 at a time)
6oz (170g) plain flour
4oz (113g) drinking cocoa powder

1/4 tsp baking powder
metal spoon
electric whisk
scales
tea spoon
sift
baking tray
large glass bowl

What to do:

1. Measure out all the ingredients using the scales.

2. Add the butter, vanilla extract, caster sugar and soft brown sugar into the large glass bowl and whisk it altogether.

3. Add 1 egg at a time whilst whisking.

4. After all the ingredients are whisked together
thoroughly, sift the flour, the baking powder and the drinking co-co into the bowl and fold in with a big metal spoon.

5. Lay all the mixture onto a baking tray and grease it with butter.

6. The last step is to cook it. Cook it inside the oven for 40-50 minutes at a temperature of 160c.

This will bake 10-12 servings. Feel free to change the measurements of ingredients. Must be eaten within 7 days.

The final product:
